Our advanced processing and management systems enables Starmail to provide accurate and reliable flyer, catalogue, and sample product distribution at highly competitive rates.
Flyers, Catalogues, Product Samples
Rates for carrier-delivered physical material such as flyers, catalogues, and product samples are determined by a combination of size, weight, pieces per distribution, annual frequency of distribution, and several other factors related to material handling costs.
Our grocery and major retailer flyers are delivered on Thursdays. Rural Route delivery is via Canada Post. Optionally, apartment delivery can also be augmented with Canada Post insertion into apartment mailboxes rather than lobby drops or door hangers.
Where Canada Post delivery is integrated into our standard coverage model there is no additional charge. Where delivery by Canada Post is specified rather than our own carrier force and is not included in the standard coverage model, there is an additional charge.

Supplementary Email Promotions
Clients typically provide finished ad copy and artwork but can also contract us to produce the complete product if desired. Copy writing and artwork services are charged at an hourly rate including time spent consulting with the client on design and revising proofs.
Rates for for supplementary email promotions are determined by a combination of email message size in bytes, number of recipients, and database pre-processing requirements.
Please note that clients are required to certify that customers have agreed to accept promotional materials sent to the provided email addresses. Starmail does not participate in campaigns sending unsolicited email commonly known as 'spam'.
