CityClix is an online service offering Londoners a convenient way to find the web sites of local businesses, public services, and other community information. Listings are provided free of cost to our clients to help promote their web-based marketing activities.
Free listings are also provided to selected not-for-profit service organizations.

Who is eligible to participate ?
Most non-profit service organizations and regular clients of Starmail's 'paper and ink' flyer distribution services are eligible for CityClix listings at no charge. At this time, participation is not available to 'for-profit' entities who are not Starmail clients.
Will you be hosting my web content on your site ?
CityClix will only host a copy of your logo and display advertisement (if applicable). Upon clicking your listing, visitors will be transferred directly to whatever starting page on your web site that you specify. Starmail will have no control over your online content.
Will you be hosting paid advertisements ?
CityClix is intended to promote our clients' web sites. Third-party advertisements would clutter our pages and visually detract from clients' listings. We therefore, do not anticipate soliciting or publishing paid advertisements.
A limited number of banner and smaller display advertisements will appear on CityClix but these will be either public service announcements or special promotion advertisements provided to major clients free of charge. Only advertisements which do not detract from, or over-power regular listings will be published.
Who is eligible for free display advertisements ?
At Starmail's discretion, government and community service organizations may be eligible for free display ads. Major clients may also be offered free display advertisements where a marketing promotion might have special appeal to the broad shopping public. 'Featured' links will be offered to especially active clients on a rotating basis.
To be eligible for free display, ads must enhance all clients' listings by being of exceptional interest to the public causing visitors to want to regularly return to CityClix.
Who will keep my listing current ?
We are presently working on an interface that will allow clients to manage the details of their link themselves. Once the interface is complete, clients will be responsible for ensuring that links to their web site are up-to-date. Until then we will do our best to ensure that your link is kept current and valid.
How do I sign-up for participation ?
After reading the CityClix Terms and Conditions below and you wish to participate, please contact your Starmail Sales Representative or call our offices at 519-451-1500.

By participating in Starmail's CityClix you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.) Starmail reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine who is eligible to participate in CityClix. Previously approved links may be removed without cause or the CityClix program may be discontinued entirely at any time without advance warning.
2.) Starmail reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine positioning of links and the number and type of categories under which links are published. At Starmail's discretion, display advertisements or 'featured links' may be offered to clients with products or services of special interest to the public and to non-profit organizations as a public service.
3.) You agree not to host inappropriate content on a linked site. Examples of inappropriate content includes but is not limited to...
(a.)
Content which is illegal.
(b.)
Content which may be considered offensive or not suitable for family viewing.
(c.) Content that misrepresents product or service offerings.
(d.) Content inconsistent with fair competitive marketing practices.
(e.) Sites suspected to be infected with malware.
(f. ) Sites containing third-party links to any of the above.
4.) Participants are required to ensure that their links, logos, trade names, and display advertisements are current. Starmail is not responsible for monitoring the validity of links.
5.) CityClix is provided as a no-charge service for the purpose of assisting clients to promote their commercial web sites. While our goal is to refer high-quality consumer traffic Starmail makes no guarantees, implied or otherwise regarding the quantity or quality of such traffic and does not vet referrals. By participating in CityClix you agree to not hold Starmail responsible for the actions of referred visitors.
6.) You agree to allow Starmail to display your company logo and trade name on the Starmail and CityClix web sites and publicly refer to your company as a Starmail client.
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to change at any time. If changes occur they will be published on the Starmail web site. It is the responsibility of Participants to keep themselves informed of changes to the CityClix participation Terms and Conditions.
